I couldn’t stop looking at this one….
Here is a detail.
ElaTED is by Ted Storm, is completely hand appliquéd and hand quilted AND it won the Founder’s Award. It was amazing!!!
This one is by Deborah Kemball and is also hand appliquéd and hand quilted….swoon.
I think I need to take up hand quilting. More next week.

I have seen her quilts over here in the UK. Stunning. I also have her book.
She has a website with lots of information. I have had a go at her style of hand quilting. It's not as difficult as it looks and is very satisfying - but very addictive!
