Great job! C25K is a great training program! If you find you want to go farther after you complete the program, look for the bridge to 10K program ;) wish you the best with your improved fitness!

You go girl! So happy for you. I'm 66 and have been doing CrossFit 3 days a week for over 2 years. I need to add more cardio to my regimen and appreciate hearing about this app. So happy you are taking care of you. We need you to be around a long, long time to design and inspire us with your phenomenal patterns and work. Keep up the good work.
