Ambrosia…the details

I took a few detail pictures of Ambrosia to share with you before I shipped it to McCall’s. My good friend Karen Dovala from The Quilted Moose did the longarm machine quilting for me and I wanted to show that off a bit since she did such a tremendous job. I was glad that I had time to add the little details that I love to this quilt. Things like funny flower centers and embroidered labels. Here’s a peak.

Thanks for the close-up pictures. The quilting is lovely, but I especially like the striped piping around the center medallion. Genius! And of course your beautiful gradations of colors. It's a winner for sure!
