So I survived the week of WILD Colorado weather. On Monday I got caught in a blizzard on my way home from a class. On Tuesday I woke up to -12˚F temperatures and had to drive through more snow to get my kids to school. Today, I have the windows open and it is 60˚F outside. My poor little body has no idea what’s coming next. I couldn’t feel my toes until Thursday and now my feet are sweating. Yeesh!
Anyway, I’m back in the proverbial saddle blog-wise and here is my offering for today’s Design Wall Monday.
Next week there is going to be an Aurifil (swoon) blog hop put together by Pat Sloan and you can see my little block in the picture. I also have Block 2 almost ready to launch so look for that on Friday. The valentine-ey quilt has the second corner basted on and I am hoping to get that one finished as well.
Head on over to Judy’s blog and see what everyone else is up too.
I am glad you survived to show up those beautiful quilts and blocks! Enjoy the warmth!

Stay warm and dry.........spring is not that far off....can hardly wait. It has been a loooooong winter!
That corner is looking so beautiful. I'll be ready for block 2 at the end of the week. Perhaps I'll have Miss Kelly all cut out and prepared by then.

The Valentine sneak peak looks interesting. Will you be offerering the pattern for sale or will it be a BOM?

Good to see you back on the blog. I simply cannot believe you didn't win the McCalls Design Star contest by a landslide! I thought your amazing applique quilt was head and shoulders above the rest. Not that I don't like the one that won but. . . really, no contest.

You really deserved some time off but, man! I missed your blog! Couldn't wait for block 2 so I ordered your center block, Miss Kelly, and I'm busy putting her together. Love your designs - they're beautiful! So glad you're back!

Enjoy the love life because the process is to take the risk, the future will be what happened can not be predicted, only to grasp their own destiny!
