Design Wall Monday

Ok, I spent a LOT of hours last week figuring out color for this project....I'm calling it Twitter. The picture above is a tad deceptive since this is what it really looks like.

I use my digital camera to work on my design before I start making all those appliques and sewing them down. This is an "upcoming" project that I will definitely share with you...but not for a while...sorry.

Calling in sick...to my blog

Hi everyone. I am actually feeling much better after 3 days of prone sofa sitting interspersed with mad dashes to the bathroom (probably too much information in that last sentence). But since I do the majority of my blog writing and photo editing on the weekends I am going to have to call in sick to the blog this week. I have Pieced Block 1 all ready, just need to finish the tutorials etc so look for that next week.

I do have something on my design wall though that I wanted to share. I don't know if it was the fever or that I am dreaming of tropical vacations but I have started picking fabrics for this new project...more info to come.

Hello everyone.

I am going to have to delay Pieced Block 1 until next week becuase I am sitting here sick today.

So sorry....
