Erin, I hope the knee isn't too serious. Pamper that knee and don't feel bad about doing it! That sweet doggy looks very understanding.

ouch! feel better soon

I hope your knee feels better soon.

Oh no ... A couple weeks without my morning "newspaper" ... Although I will miss your daily blogs, I certainly wish you a speedy recovery with your knee, success at your job and projects and the love of quality time with family.

Ibuprofen 800mg every 4 hours to releave the swelling. Heat and ice to help with it also. Stay off of it for a while. Good time to applique. We have to take care of our girl.

Ouch...hope your knee pain resolves itself soon! Take care!!

Do what you have to do to take care of yourself. All else will fall into place (no pun intended).

Oh, no! I hope you feel better soon, and that it's nothing major!

Hope your knee is better soon.

Feel better. I don't want to be a doom sayer but take care of it now or it might get worse. Ask me how I know. At least we have some blocks to work on untill your better.

Yikes!! Your poor knee. I hope it heals well and quickly for you. Middle age woes!

I'm going to miss reading your Blog. Work projects, family and your knee must come first. Hope it's nothing serious. Take care.

Oh Erin what a dreadful situation. I hope your knee settles down. Take it easy and give it all the time it needs to heal. Sometimes rushing it, makes things worse.

I had a similar situation with one of my dogs. It took my body a while to heal.

I hope your knee improves very quickly. I have had 2 knee replacements, and it is way, way better than being in chronic pain. Hope all the TLC to others comes back to you as well.
You need a guest blogger! Then you wouldn't feel guilty for time for yourself. I'll keep you in my prayers.

So sorry to hear about your knee. First things first, so take good care of yourself, your work and your family! We'll be here when you come back!

Am going to miss you a lot! But family and your own health come first. We will have to bide our time by looking at your old posts and working on the lovely cardinal blocks. This is a very sweet project!
Take care of yourself and come back soon to us!

I will miss my morning visits with Erin. I can commiserate -- I had a similar injury in September. So hoping for a quick recovery -- take care of you! With kind regard, Judy

OUCH! Rest, elevate, ice! I am sure the most difficult part of that will be the rest...like staying off of it sitting still..not doing much of anything but elevating your leg. I hope it will be feeling better soon!!

Oh my, that's awful! I hope your knee heals quickly. Sounds like you need to spend some time with your leg elevated, an ice pack and some applique in your hands! Feel better!

Hope your knee heals up well and quickly!! And your poor doggie looks so sad for you!! :-) We'll be looking forward to seeing your next post. Take care!!

Please take care of yourself! We'll be here waiting for you and the cardinal!

Take care. I hope your knee settles quickly.
Hope the family members are good again soon too.

Take care. While you are getting better we can be finishing up our applique and piecing. I'm loving Jingle Belles.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.Your cute dog looks like our "Patches" we had her for 16 yrs. She was a treasure. Now you have a good excuse to applique & piece all you want. Take care.

Hope you are starting to do better. Taking time for yourself and your family is needed.
