Well count me in! I've been doing crossfit for nearly 2 years and it has been the best thing. I added 4% to my bone mass last year! It's hard, and the drive to the gym at 6:30a.m. is HARD, but the drive home feels so good. I'm really looking forward to your recipes. I agree, eat more plants. Congratulations on your weight loss!

Oh, I SO need some inspiration in the "shifting" category. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress. Hope I can stay off of this computer long enough to make some of my own!

Congratulations! That is an awesome accomplishment and takes a lot of determination and hard work. I, too, am looking forward to your recipes!

Great! I too am in need to drop some pounds - that's an interesting book in your bottom picture. Did you make this yourself? How did you put it together and what have you found to work best in tracking?

I admire you putting your intentions out there for all to see!
Now find the helpers to get to your goal and keep making new goals!
We are all PHD's!

Ohh, I am very excited to read this post! In the past week, I have suddenly become aware of the value of eating more plants, and now you are offering to share your recipes on your blog! Thanks for including us in your success!
