I'm still on this fitness kick and I am happy to report that I have made my goal of losing 40 pounds. One thing that really really helped was that I started working with a personal trainer. I can't not show up for these sessions because he comes to my house. It's hard but it's really fun too!
I can now do a push-up! Another goal met. Now I'm on to running a 5k and doing a pull-up!
