A friend of mine at work shared this recipe with me the other day. These are like brownies, but better!
2 Cups Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
2 cups raw cashews
1/2 cup blanched almonds
3/4 cup cocoa powder
pinch sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
2 Tbsp vanilla
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until coarse. Add cold water until forms a moist dough. Spread in foil lined 8" x 8" pan. Chill 1 hour. Cut into bars.
Uh oh. I'm catching up on blog reading tonight and this looks SO good AND I realize I have all the ingredients in my kitchen ... thank you for sharing this recipe.
