Here is my new favorite salad!
2 cups Napa cabbage
2 cups red cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 avocado, cubed
1 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 cup toasted cashews
Dressing:Combine in food processor or blender and blend until smooth
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tsp siracha sauce
2 gloves garlic
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup water
