Here is my latest installment in the healthy eating category. These energy bites are super yummy! I think no-bake is a bit misleading since you need to toast the oats and almonds but that makes them taste really good.
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup blanched almonds
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I like mini’s for this)
Place oats and almonds on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 350. Transfer to a blender when cool and grind into a coarse meal. Mix in other ingredients. Scoop into balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
