Hello blog friends! I'm looking for a little feedback here about my next project. I have LOVED doing the block of the months in the past and I am currently working on designing another one (see pictures). My little problem...producing one block per month for my style of quilt is, well, a little demanding now that I work full time. What do you think of a Block of the (every other) Month? AND, can we think of a catchy name for that? I'm completely open.
Anyway, as you can see from my pictures, it's another bird theme quilt. I know some of you have been wanting butterflies and I might have a alternative butterfly design that people can substitute. I haven't decided yet. All I know is that every time I walk by this drawing I get a little twitterpated (my new fav word minus the romantic part). So I think I just need to jump right in and get started!

Oh, by the way, the drawing is the center block. There will be 12 blocks surrounding that. There may or may not be an appliqued border...haven't gotten that far yet.
