So, it's time to come clean. This picture you see at the top of the blog is a little bit of a fib (don't you just love the word fib). My quilt is only designed and photoshopped, it's not actually finished. It really looks like this.
And my work table looks like this.
The truth of the matter is that I can design way faster than I can sew. So this year I am going to focus on finishing things and working on some small projects. Here is a tiny preview.
Happy New Year Everyone! Onward!
oh my God!!!! I feel so cheated LOL Not at all. I do the same thing ;)

Yep those of us who have to work loose a lot of quilting time! I buy fabric a lot faster than I sew it together! Just keep on keeping on, we love what you share with us. Happy New Year!

Shoot, thot that's how all quilters work..lol All my blocks are drawn out onto Heat n'Bond and I have the background fabric - but----that's as far as I've gotten. I've done this each month too. Oh well, there's always next year.. Happy New Year..

The previews look wonderful! I've always loved the quote you are have on your appliqué block. And can't wait for Jane Austen! I have the 2016 calendar where you read a bit each day and by the end of the year--I'll have read Pride and prejudice again! I think, this time, I will highlight the savings I love best.

Wonderful! Do you know how good you've just made me feel? Sometimes I feel so frustrated when I'm not accomplishing as much as I think I should. Knowing others suffer the same makes me feel better. Thanks.

I am still working on snowmen for each month in two colorways no less!!!
but i will finish. I have one of your BOM's to start next. But I also deisgn and do my own and others patterns of pieced quilts. but switching to different projects helps keep me interest in those projects fresh.

I am thrilled that you are doing something with this quote next year. I have it posted on my wall at work, where they already think I am crazy for taking off the same time each year for the Houston show!
