Judy Welch from Lake County Quilters Guild combined Mimi's Bloomers blocks with the Miss Hannah quilt and her own border design to make this stunning quilt, Flowers Are Happiness. I love everything about this! She won 2 awards and I can see why. Way to go Judy!
