First off, thank you for all the lovely feedback. I am so happy that people are excited to do another BOM with me.
Here are the details!
You can order the center medallion here:

The blocks in this quilt will finish at 7". To do the medallion version you will need 1.5 yards of background fabric. If you are doing the free version you will only need 1 yard of background fabric. You will need 2.5 yards for the large setting triangles and border. The small setting triangles and binding require 1.75 yards. Sometimes it's best to hold off on these fabrics until you have your blocks made.
To get started with your applique I would recommend deciding on a color scheme and gathering your scraps. I like to pick a multicolor fabric that I really love to use as inspiration!
For those of you who are new to applique, 7" might sound a bit fussy and tiny. No worries! I will give directions for enlarging the blocks to 9" if you want to work a bit bigger. I will also give some simplifications to the 7" blocks too. If you want to do the bigger version purchase 2 yards of background fabric. You will need a larger center medallion for this version and my pattern Miss Mimi would be perfect. You can find it here:

I know everyone is deep into their holiday making so things will get a bit quiet here BUT starting January 1st be ready for some tutorials on the techniques used to make the center. Then, around the third week in January, Block 1 will be ready. From then on it's a block about every 3 weeks until we're done. All this comes with even more tutorials on techniques I love.
For fans of raw-edge applique, Lea Anne from Podunk Pretties will being following along with tips and techniques for that style of applique as well.
Finally, if you want to share pictures of your blocks in progress on Instagram then let's use the hashtag #appliqueaddicts. That way we can all encourage each other.
Thank you for what will surely be another wonderful quilt pattern! I have my medallion and will be eagerly awaiting each block. I learned to applique from your tutorials and was motivated to learn by your patterns. Merry Christmas!
