Hello Applique Addicts. I hope this blog post finds you all safe and well. I put together a little studio tour to give you a peak into my where I do all my sewing. There's nothing fancy here but I will include links to some of my favorite sewing room products. Hopefully it will help you feel less cooped up.
For pressing and cutting I use a kitchen island from Ikea. This has been one of the best purchases I've ever made! I don't think they make this one anymore but really any kitchen island will do.
This is where I do all my applique prep work. It's my parents old dining room table and I just love it even though it's a bit scuffed.
This is my applique set up. I have a dedicated iron for making applique shapes. That way I don't accidentally steam myself…don't ask.
Here's my fabric collection all organized by color so I can find what I need easily. I also have my sewing machine set up here in a nice little table from Arrow. Here's a link:
