Here's to a BRAND NEW YEAR!

Here are the preliminary details for the Miss Jane BOM.

The quilt will finish at 64".

The small blocks will finish at 10.5" and you can add an accent border if you choose.

The center block will finish at 24.5" and you can also add an accent border if you'd like.

For the block backgrounds you will need 2.25 yards of fabric.

For the accent borders you will need 0.75 yards.

For the sashing, border and binding you will need 3 yards. I would recommend that you wait until you have all your blocks done before picking the accent fabric and border fabric so you can purchase something that looks good with all the lovely blocks together.

I will put all this information in the download for the first block which will be up mid-January. I will also provide guidance on fabrics for each block.

Design Wall Wednesday

Hello Applique Addicts! The new year is upon us. Hopefully a healthier new year! We've been struggling with colds here this week...at least I hope it's a cold!!!! This year every sneeze scares you doesn't it?

I'm working on the basic yardage for Miss Jane and I hope to post it soon. I've made a head start and am hoping for time to stitch and embroider stems here soon.
